我公司受英國Steiner公司委托在華招聘赴歐美豪華郵輪SPA部門中國雇員。英國Steiner 是一家全球性的溫泉水療服務公司，Steiner公司在130艘旅游船、52處水療度假村和2處豪華日光水療館設立了溫泉水療中心和沙龍。我們的游輪航線和陸地度假村客戶包括：嘉年華游輪、名人游輪、水晶游輪, 希爾頓酒店, 萬豪酒店, 公主游輪和皇家加勒比游輪.
We entrusted by Steiner Transocean, recruit qualified employees for the Spa department on cruise ships.
招聘崗位：Positions:
美甲技師Nail technician 、美發(fā)師Hairdresser、 美容師Beauty therapist 、按摩治療師Massage Therapist、針灸師 Acupuncturist
招聘人數(shù)：50-100人，男女不限

流程及船期： Recruitment Process:
1 、報名—英語及技能測試—提供國內(nèi)美容培訓--外方面試—赴英國培訓—登船工作
Apply-English and Technique Test-Training-Interview-England Training-Onboard
2 、面試合格后赴英國Steiner培訓1-4周，根據(jù)個人培訓情況定，通過培訓后赴郵輪工作
1-4 weeks of training in London depending on the individual’s profession. Joining the ship after the completion of the training
3、赴英國培訓期間繳納300英鎊培訓費，其中包含住宿，女性員工需要額外繳納32英鎊培訓制服費用。
Training fee is ￡300 including training, accommodation. Training uniform for females only ￡32.
4 、每個合同期9個月。自2013年8月20日起，申請人做滿9個月合同，公司負責返程機票，9個月合同期不滿，返程機票自己負責
9 months for one contract. Starting from 20th August 2013, Steiner will be responsible for the return air ticket as long as the employee finish the whole contract. Otherwise, the employee will have to pay the airfare on his or her own.
工作薪酬：
1 、無底薪，各種職位根據(jù)每月工作提取銷售提成，業(yè)績獎金，每月保底底薪1000美金，超出部分按照超出工資計算，未達到1000美金/月，按照每月1000美金計算。
No basic salary, but 1000 USD is guaranteed. The salary constituted by sales commission and performance bonus.
2 、每周根據(jù)郵輪公司安排休息1-1.5天
The employee usually has one or one and a half days off, depending on the schedule made by the spa department
3、每天（24小時內(nèi)），工作時間不超過14小時，休息時間不低于10個小時。
Work time, max of 14 hours in a 24 hour period and minimum of 10 hours rest in a 24 hour period.

Qualification
1 、性別不限
Male and female
2 、年齡19周歲以上
19 years old or above
3 、英文口語流利，性格開朗外向
Fluent English and high level of communication skills
4 、有美甲，美發(fā)經(jīng)驗及銷售經(jīng)驗，美容保健從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者、需提供專業(yè)技能證書。
Rich experience in nail care, hairdressing, skin care and fitness field; Good sales skill; Specific certificates required
工作備注：
公司提供美容、美甲、美發(fā)、中醫(yī)按摩專業(yè)培訓，發(fā)放國家承認的專業(yè)技能證書！
Our company will provide candidates with professional training in nail care, hairdressing, skin care and massage. Once you successfully complete the training, we will issue the certificate acknowledged by Ministry of Education
通過面試者，將赴英國參加公司專業(yè)培訓，培訓完畢送歐美郵輪工作。
New hires will be able to participate in professional training program by Steiner Transocean. The Steiner will arrange new hires to join the cruise ships after successfully completing the training.
